Women's Boxing Club

2022

Foundations and Collaboration

  • Established a Community Centre as a welcoming hub for local residents, offering support, activities, and essential services
  • Launched Youth Clubs for boys and girls, providing safe, inclusive spaces for personal growth, teamwork, and confidence
  • Partnered with National Youth Agency (NYA), leading a consortium of 150 online organisations and 10+ face-to-face community partners
  • Partnered with Birmingham City Council to deliver Warm Spaces, offering comfort and support during winter months
2023

Innovation, Health, and Empowerment

  • Delivered Premier League STEM Programme in partnership with National Grid, inspiring young people in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics
  • Collaborated with Women's Boxing Club in Birmingham, promoting physical wellbeing, mental health support, confidence, and empowerment through sport
  • Began working in schools, delivering physical activity and mental health support programmes to promote wellbeing, resilience, and healthy lifestyles

Expanding Trust, Inclusion, and Reach

  • Became a Trusted Partner of the Refugee and Migrant Centre (RMC), strengthening our work with diverse communities
  • Continued school engagement, successfully delivering programmes in 7+ schools, providing physical development and mental health workshops

Growth, Recognition, and Wider Impact

  • Formed a Trusted Partnership with BVSC, reinforcing our role as a leading community organisation
  • Expanded our school programmes, reaching 12+ schools and integrating physical activity, mental health support, and enrichment initiatives
